What you will do

• Define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy, strategic objectives, and financial goals.
• Own budgeting, unit economics, investment efficiency, and strategic and financial reporting.
• Identify international expansion opportunities and develop new growth markets.
• Manage regulatory, financial, and operational risks.
• Lead critical strategic initiatives and drive organizational, operational, and product transformation.
• Align products, markets, and business functions around shared objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CEO, COO, or Executive Director.
• Experience leading organizations with 40+ employees.
• Proven experience scaling businesses and expanding into new markets.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading executive leadership teams.
• Strong ability to define and execute business strategy and make high-impact decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Full commitment to the role, with no parallel businesses or side ventures.
