Salary: $154,250–$254,250 USD annual base compensation, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or sales incentive plan and long-term equity incentives.

What you will do

• Identify high-leverage opportunities across the business and build solutions that address them.
• Partner directly with the GM on initiatives spanning teams, workflows, and business functions.
• Turn ambiguity into action by testing, iterating, and launching solutions quickly.
• Run experiments, evaluate results, and adapt initiatives based on evidence.
• Apply AI to improve business operations, growth, and decision-making.
• Own outcomes end to end, including challenging assumptions and making decisions with incomplete information.

Requirements

• Experience building a product, system, workflow, or business from scratch.
• Strong execution with a high say-do ratio and the ability to operate with minimal guidance.
• Comfort making decisions with less than 50% of the information available.
• High tolerance for risk, direct feedback, disagreement, and difficult conversations.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Deep interest in AI and its practical business applications.
