TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct end-to-end investigations into misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics concerns, workplace violence, policy violations, and other employment-related matters.
  • Develop investigation plans, identify witnesses, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and assess credibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting findings, rationale, risks, and recommended next steps.
  • Partner with Associate Relations, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders on complex and high-risk matters.
  • Maintain complete case records and support audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Identify investigation trends and systemic issues and contribute to process improvements, tools, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Associate Relations, HR, Compliance, Legal, or workplace investigations.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting complex workplace investigations.
  • Expertise in interviewing techniques, evidence assessment, and report writing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations practices.
  • Experience managing sensitive, high-risk matters involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred; experience with HR case management systems and HRIS platforms is also preferred.
