Product Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $190,000–$280,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from strategy through shipping.
• Understand customers and the market, translating insights into product decisions.
• Solve complex product challenges across AI, user experience, and business models.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality products quickly.
• Help shape product culture and define product development practices for the age of AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, launching and scaling technical products.
• Strong technical background and experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams.
• Ability to lead product strategy while handling urgent technical and product issues.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset, strong product judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to earn trust across engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
