Manager, Card Solutions Product Portfolio (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the long-term strategy, vision, roadmaps, and business plans for credit cards, debit cards, ATMs, and related payment services.
• Direct portfolio performance initiatives covering penetration, activation, usage, revenue, profit, and return on investment.
• Analyze customer, product, market, trend, and competitor data to support strategic and financial decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain KPI and KRI dashboards for campaigns, initiatives, and market benchmarking.
• Lead marketing planning and execution, including research, creative development, testing, forecasting, production, promotion, and support.
• Develop new products, services, processes, and workflow improvements while coordinating with product, technology, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, and external vendors.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of management experience in banking, product management, or marketing analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of card processing systems and networks, including TSYS, ACI Postilion/Base24, First Data/Star, Visa, NCR, and Mastercard.
• Thorough knowledge of digital and card payment products, deposit products, applicable policies, and banking regulations.
• Experience using analytics, customer experience frameworks, non-survey research, project management, and client survey tools.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, persuasion, and cross-organizational influence skills, with advanced Excel and Word knowledge.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in card services portfolio management, bank card services strategic planning, or enterprise-level project management.
