SecureView Tier 3 Systems Administrator

What you will do

• Administer, sustain, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot, and optimize the SecureView infrastructure stack, including operating systems, servers, software, hardware, and supporting systems.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex terminal, platform, operating system, application, VPN, access, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, inventories, configuration records, licensing information, backup strategies, recovery documentation, and system history.
• Evaluate technology transitions, upgrades, configuration changes, and new services, including associated risks and impacts.
• Plan and execute maintenance windows, changes, testing, upgrades, recovery activities, and required 24x7 after-hours support.
• Coordinate with program managers, system engineers, cybersecurity personnel, network and firewall teams, vendors, and Tier 1/2 support staff; mentor personnel and develop technical procedures.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a United States DoD security clearance; visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least seven years of progressive information processing or systems administration experience, including specialized infrastructure experience.
• BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of specialized experience, including four years of hands-on software or systems administration.
• Active IAT Level II or higher certification and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or a current DLA-approved equivalent.
• Experience with secure workstation, server, virtualization, remote-access, or classified-access environments, plus STIGs, IAVM, patching, vulnerability remediation, RMF artifacts, backups, recovery, and secure configuration management.

Nice to have

• SecureView, Windows Server, virtualization, VPN, Active Directory, WAPs, CAC authentication, ACAS, STIG Viewer, ServiceNow, architecture diagramming, or SIPRNet support experience.
