Sr Staff Engineer - (Agentic AI & Enterprise Productivity) HYBRID

Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week

Annual salary: $110,000–$260,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and productionize enterprise applications that support AI-driven workflows.
• Develop platforms, services, and integrations with Slack, Outlook, Zoom, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Lead technical strategy across multiple domains and provide technical thought leadership.
• Build scalable automation and intelligent productivity solutions for enterprise collaboration.
• Partner with application teams and business stakeholders to standardize file-sharing practices and scale products from 0 to 1.
• Ensure solution quality, usability, performance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 8+ years building scalable three-tier production applications serving millions of customers.
• Deep hands-on experience designing and developing complex multi-tier distributed systems.
• Fluency in at least two object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
• Experience with continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices; 4+ years with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, quantitative problem-solving, developer tooling, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CircleCI, SonarQube, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Event Hub.
• Experience with open-source frameworks and transferring research into production.
