What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for difficult technical searches across engineering, AI, infrastructure, product, and design.
• Build and operate an AI-forward sourcing stack using sourcing tools, agents, and automation.
• Design personalized, technically credible outreach workflows, prompts, and reusable templates.
• Map talent pools and competitive companies to identify undiscovered candidates beyond standard LinkedIn searches.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and translate them into precise search criteria.
• Track conversion and response rates, run A/B tests, and evaluate new sourcing tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical or engineering sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Experience using or building AI sourcing tools, agents, automation, and recruiting workflows.
• Technical literacy sufficient to assess GitHub profiles, research papers, and engineering content.
• Strong organizational, market-mapping, calibration, and pipeline-management skills.
• Independent, creative, data-oriented approach with strong hunter instincts and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with Ashby and sourcing tools such as Gem, Juicebox, Noon, or Metaview.
