Technical Sourcer (AI)

What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for difficult technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infrastructure, Product, and Design.
• Build and operate an AI-forward sourcing stack using tools, agents, and automation for candidate discovery, enrichment, and outreach.
• Design personalized, technically credible AI-assisted outreach, including reusable prompts, templates, and workflows.
• Map talent pools and competitive companies to identify undiscovered candidates beyond conventional LinkedIn searches.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and convert them into precise search criteria.
• Track conversion and response rates, run A/B tests, evaluate new sourcing tools, and share effective practices with the Talent team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical or engineering sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Fluency with AI sourcing tools, agents, and automation, including the ability to build sourcing programs, pipelines, or AI workflows from scratch.
• Technical literacy sufficient to read GitHub profiles, skim research papers or engineering blogs, and assess technical talent.
• Strong organization in systems, calibration, market mapping, and pipeline updates.
• Comfort with ambiguity, urgency, and operating independently with limited instruction.
• Creativity in developing sourcing approaches and distinctive candidate touchpoints beyond standard LinkedIn methods.
• Commitment to candidate experience, including human outreach, fast communication, timely updates, and early candidate advocacy.
• Experience with Ashby and sourcing tools such as Gem, Juicebox, Noon, or Metaview.
