Lead Recruitment Consultant (Sourcing Manager) – Data & AI

Location: Biltmore Area, Phoenix; hybrid working with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, plus up to 30% uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen Data & AI candidates against role requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment process from outreach through offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and grow client and candidate relationships and manage an independent book of business.
• Track Data & AI trends and provide clients with market insights.
• Improve recruitment processes and support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience as a 360 permanent recruitment consultant.
• Experience in business development, building new client relationships, and forming lasting partnerships.
• Ability to manage full-desk recruitment from start to finish.
• Interest in or knowledge of the Data & AI sector.
