Technical Sourcer

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA; relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF may be available if needed.

Salary: $90K–$150K annual rate of pay, prorated for the 6-month contract; final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

What you will do

• Innovate and operationalize creative sourcing strategies for technical talent.
• Own talent-mapping research, referral generation, sourcing campaigns, and long-term candidate and community networks.
• Align candidate motivations with role expectations and the company value proposition while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to qualify requirements for technical job profiles and partner with recruiting leadership on upcoming headcount.
• Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact.
• Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and professional association partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern AI sourcing and search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels using data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Software Engineering job profiles.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and Claude Code.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
