Business Optimization Consultant (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 base salary per year, plus annual bonus and equity plan.

What you will do

• Lead product deployment, client training, change management, and post-deployment adoption for enterprise clients.
• Advise client executive teams and stakeholders as a product and claims operations expert.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Client Services, Strategy, and Analytics teams on go-to-market planning, configuration, issue resolution, and implementation.
• Develop a strategic Voice of Customer program for assigned product modules.
• Build systems, processes, and playbooks that improve delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Educate internal stakeholders and communicate complex product requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in commercial insurance, especially workers’ compensation.
• Proven success leading transformational change management in enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working directly in insurance or healthcare, or serving these industries as a consultant, advisor, or vendor.
• Experience using data-driven insights to support decisions across multiple client stakeholder groups.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional initiatives with agile product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
