Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Seattle HQ, hybrid

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 base pay per year, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global develops AI-powered collaboration software for meetings, messages, and email, integrating with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack, and other workplace tools.

What you will do

• Design and implement complex, scalable web applications and distributed systems across the full stack.
• Own major product areas from discovery and system design through deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in application performance, database efficiency, and frontend rendering.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including production-grade fullstack applications.
• Expert knowledge of React and TypeScript, including state management, performance profiling, and modern CSS.
• Experience designing high-throughput RESTful or GraphQL APIs and microservices with Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Strong AWS or comparable cloud experience and expertise in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Ability to design resilient, observable, maintainable distributed systems and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience integrating LLMs and AI-driven features into consumer-facing products.
• Proficiency with Rust and Tauri.
• Experience scaling an early-stage product to mass-market adoption.
