TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States; international remote work is not accommodated.

Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 USD

A fast-growing healthcare tech startup transforming the Medicare industry through AI and CRM tools to help seniors find the right coverage.

What you will do

  • Deliver impactful full-stack features that benefit Medicare brokers and beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to develop features improving retiree outcomes.
  • Identify and manage technical debt while building robust architectures for platform scalability.
  • Promote development standards by providing constructive feedback in code reviews and technical designs.
  • Utilize and expand the adoption of AI-powered developer tools within the engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with modern JS (Vue, React) and Python backend web development.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and based within the United States.
  • Fluency with AI-powered development tools as part of the everyday workflow.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality customer-facing products.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • Expertise in Django or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in technical or project leadership.
