Software Engineer / Generalist Engineer (AI)

Location: Manhattan, New York City — on-site

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Build production AI systems and scalable backend infrastructure.
• Own major product features from concept through delivery.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks into production systems.
• Develop across TypeScript, React, Python, AI orchestration, and infrastructure.
• Work directly with customers to solve dispatch and operational challenges.

Requirements

• 2–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Exceptional coding and problem-solving ability.
• Experience at high-calibre startups, scale-ups, technology companies, or quant firms.
• Demonstrated technical excellence through shipped products, measurable impact, competitive programming, or academic achievements.
• Ability to learn quickly and ship high-quality production software at a high pace.
• Availability to work on-site in Manhattan.
