Business Intelligence & Analysis Manager (Gaming)

Salary: USD 90,000–124,369.44 annually

What you will do

• Lead BI and analytics projects from inception through delivery and drive measurable organizational impact.
• Manage reporting priorities with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional leads.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools.
• Establish quality and accuracy checks, investigate reporting anomalies, and partner with Data Engineering to resolve pipeline issues.
• Support data governance, privacy, local and global compliance, and documentation for reporting processes.
• Evaluate new BI tools and methods and contribute to the analytics strategy for the gaming division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in business analytics or BI within the gaming industry.
• 4+ years of technical experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Synapse Analytics or equivalent tools.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Experience building partnerships across teams, understanding data modeling, and working with data engineering teams.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, manage changing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
