Salary: $120,000–$187,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business questions into testable data questions.
• Build and maintain governed dashboards, reports, semantic models, and automated data extracts.
• Write and optimize SQL using CTEs, window functions, and aggregations across production and unstructured data sources.
• Build Operations-specific dbt models as reporting transitions from Power BI to Databricks and dbt.
• Define and govern shared metrics, validate analysis, identify data-quality issues, and document logic for maintainability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate SQL, dbt, and dashboard development while verifying outputs.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
• 2+ years of experience in BI or analytics, including production SQL-based data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and performant queries against large tables.
• Production experience with dbt or a comparable SQL transformation framework on a modern cloud warehouse, including layered models, testing, and version control.
• End-to-end experience building BI dashboards and their underlying data models and calculations.
• Strong stakeholder communication, analytical validation, independent problem-solving, and ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, or a modern cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with Git or other version-control tools for analytics code.
• Background in manufacturing, robotics, or another operationally complex environment.
• Experience with semantic layers or metric governance across multiple stakeholder teams.
