Salary: $53,580–$122,400 base compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Support business planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and operational planning.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor operational metrics and support implementation of new processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Assist with project management activities and prepare presentations and reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business operations, business analysis, operations management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, and operational planning.
