What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and services supporting reliability initiatives.
• Build automation and internal tooling to improve efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen system reliability.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of platform capabilities and internal applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with software engineers, site reliability engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and promote testing, documentation, maintainability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing and supporting production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#, and/or Java.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing or end-user-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and modern web application development.
