Network and Computer Systems Administrator

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 support for AOC Weapons Systems and AFSOC operations.
• Manage and maintain servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
• Ensure Patriot Excalibur (PEX) instances are operational and properly patched.
• Log, track, and resolve IT infrastructure issues via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
• Perform daily system monitoring, software configuration, and patch management.
• Develop and implement incident response measures and system maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Current DoD Active SECRET clearance or ability to receive TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or IT, or 3+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.
• IAT Level II certification.
• Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Windows platforms.

Nice to have

• AWS SysOps Administrator Associate certification.
• Experience with MDM solutions like AirWatch, Mobile Iron, or MaaS360.
• MCSA or RHCSA certification.
