Technology Applications Specialist

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; onsite application support role.

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end production support for order management, billing, and workflow automation applications.
• Develop and maintain digital workflows for expanding service lines and client requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and quality-control processes for new client onboarding.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, logic errors, and data communication problems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present technical concepts and implement approved processes.
• Maintain precise activity records and administrative documentation in enterprise tracking systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting business or enterprise software applications.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot application-level problems and logic errors.
• Experience with business workflows such as order entry, commerce systems, billing, or production control.
• Hands-on experience with UAT or QA/QC validation of system functionality.
• A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM tools.
• Understanding of Active Directory, networking, connectivity, and data communications.
• Experience with print-on-demand, e-commerce, or production-control software.
