What you will do

• Provide end-to-end production support for business-critical applications, including order management and billing systems.
• Develop and maintain digital workflows to support expanding service lines and client requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QC processes for new client onboarding to ensure system functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software application issues and data communication errors.
• Partner with internal teams to implement and maintain approved technical processes and concepts.
• Maintain accurate activity records within enterprise tracking systems with high precision.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting business or enterprise software (non-hardware focus).
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve application-level problems and logic errors.
• Experience supporting business workflows such as order entry, commerce systems, or billing.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or general QA/QC validation.
• 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM tools.
• General understanding of Active Directory and networking fundamentals.
• Prior experience with print-on-demand, e-commerce, or production control software.
