What you will do

• Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications to maintain availability, performance, and stability.
• Handle second-line incidents and problems, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support Kubernetes-based environments and containerized applications.
• Participate in shift-based support and on-call duties while collaborating with French-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of commercial experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or technical support.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with application administration, application support, monitoring, log analysis, and incident management.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Very good French at B2 level or higher and English communication skills.
• Availability for on-call duties and shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
