KPU Lead (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required 25% of the time.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the marketing function for a segment or functional area through managers and cross-functional teams.
• Assess market size, customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunities for implant product upgrades.
• Define product strategies, market requirements, pricing strategies, business plans, and product positioning.
• Align marketing and engineering teams with product unit, manufacturing, sales, and account teams to develop and enhance products.
• Recommend resource deployment and initiatives to improve market penetration, revenue, profit margins, and market share.
• Analyze feedback from field, engineering, customer, and product sources to identify high-value potential and in-fab trends across the installed tool base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Broad understanding of systems, customer or fab operations, and tool utilization.
• Strong industry and commercial awareness with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading through managers and cross-functional teams across factory and field environments.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
