Senior Product Manager (PCIe)

Annual base salary: USD 137,500–220,000

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for the PCIe switch portfolio, from concept and business case development through launch and end-of-life management.
• Translate AI workloads, accelerator clusters, server architectures, power and thermal requirements, and rack-scale infrastructure trends into hardware and software product requirements.
• Engage hyperscalers, tier-one OEMs, ODMs, enterprise customers, and system builders to capture architectural requirements and define scalable product features.
• Lead collaboration across ASIC design, systems engineering, firmware and software, silicon validation, and sales teams.
• Develop pricing strategies, competitive analyses, technical collateral, and sales enablement programs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of dedicated product management experience delivering complex hardware, semiconductor, or data center platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data center architectures, including AI/ML server platforms, multi-GPU topologies, host-to-accelerator connectivity, server chassis, backplanes, and rack-scale infrastructure.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, pricing models, ROI justifications, and managing product line P&Ls.
• Proven customer-facing leadership with hyperscalers, tier-one OEMs, or system integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed interconnects, fabrics, or board- and system-level server hardware.
• Architectural familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or NVLink system topologies.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
