What you will do

• Drive design wins and revenue growth for existing silicon photonics and optical interconnect products.
• Generate product plans and manage the product lifecycle from concept through production ramp and beyond.
• Define product strategy, vision, positioning, pricing, and ramp requirements for new products.
• Lead market sizing, competitive analysis, business planning, and sales funnel development.
• Coordinate engineering, sales, FAE, marketing, customers, and ecosystem partners to execute product plans.
• Present product strategies to executives and train sales and FAE teams on market and product plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant optics and/or semiconductor experience, including cloud datacenter and AI architectures.
• Experience with high-speed optics or silicon photonics.
• Experience defining and marketing products for hyperscale and AI customers.
• Experience with TAM/SAM analysis, business cases, market segmentation, and opportunity identification.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, cross-functional leadership, and collaboration skills.
