Bilingual EHS Supervisor (Environmental Health and Safety)

Salary: $100,000–$1,120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage classroom and on-site health and safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents involving security, fire, hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance.
• Inspect work areas, equipment, processes, and worksites for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement safety, environmental, emergency management, and incident response programs.
• Document compliance with federal, state, and local environmental health and safety regulations.
• Supervise employees, including assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, resolving complaints, and ensuring proper safety training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental safety, occupational safety, or a related scientific field.
• Experience researching and interpreting industry regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience training groups and working with employees, clients, and regulatory personnel.
• Ability to travel to work sites and work in indoor and outdoor settings.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including variable days, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in health physics or industrial hygiene.
• Knowledge of the statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the state of employment.
