Salary: $103,730–$198,820 USD

What you will do
- Provide comprehensive ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and safety support throughout the process equipment lifecycle.
- Validate supplier equipment compliance with SEMI S2 and S8 industry standards.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments for new manufacturing equipment and facility installations.
- Develop and implement engineering and administrative controls to mitigate identified health and safety risks.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive safety improvements across the factory network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or related science.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and safety assessments.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
- Strong understanding of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate complex safety requirements into actionable guidance.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Active professional certification such as CPE, CIH, or CSP.
- Background in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
