What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and manufacturers for merchandise production.
- Negotiate pricing, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and supplier terms.
- Draft vendor agreements and issue purchase orders to start manufacturing.
- Track production cycles and coordinate with creative teams around launch dates.
- Review samples and final production runs for quality and brand alignment.
- Coordinate shipping, customs and import requirements, and distribution to e-store warehouses.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in merchandise, sourcing, or vendor and supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Solid task and project management skills across multiple production cycles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve delays or quality issues.
- Collaborative approach to working with creative and e-store teams.
