Salary: €73,000–€86,000 EUR annually. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Build and lead the sourcing function for Kitchen, Tabletop, and Decor Accessories categories.
• Identify, pitch, onboard, and scale new regional vendor partners.
• Manage supplier operations, capacity, and style-level production planning to support company growth.
• Develop open-costing structures and negotiate product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
• Improve supplier redundancy, product launch hit rates, development speed, and profitability.
• Redefine sourcing processes and standard operating procedures to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Kitchen and Tabletop categories.
• Experience with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe, specifically in Kitchen and Tabletop.
• Strong knowledge of category manufacturing, supplier relationships, supply chain management, or operations.
• Open-costing and cost-negotiation experience from a brand or manufacturer perspective.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, resilient, and comfortable challenging established processes.
