What you will do

• Scout for and onboard new vendor partners in the region to manufacture Kitchen and Tabletop products with fast production lead times.
• Run vendor test periods with clear criteria, then scale successful partners while improving speed of onboarding.
• Drive excellence in partner operations across existing suppliers and expand a redundant supplier base to improve costs, quality, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier and style-level capacity to keep pace with company growth.
• Lead open costing breakdowns and build validated cost structures/templates to negotiate with vendors without relying only on vendor-provided data.
• Improve launch performance (reviews, returns, sales) and reduce development bottlenecks by proposing solutions and refining SOPs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Kitchen and Tabletop categories with high-end national brands in the United States & Europe.
• Strong vendor relationship experience (or ability to cultivate them) and strategic leadership in sourcing operations.
• Supply chain or operations background with a track record in supply chain management/operations for retail.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills focused on execution and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; collaborative and ambassador mindset with partners.
• Ability to operate under pressure and challenge the status quo to create broader impact.
