What you will do

• Lead and develop a Procurement team supporting Technology & Product.
• Own procurement strategy, supplier ecosystem, and sourcing roadmaps across enterprise technology categories.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations for software renewals, cloud commitments, enterprise licensing, AI and data arrangements, and technology services.
• Develop commercial structures covering licensing, consumption commitments, pricing, service levels, and performance measures.
• Use spend, demand, utilization, benchmarking, and supplier-market analysis to identify optimization and consolidation opportunities.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance leaders to manage risk and align procurement with business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, vendor management, or a related commercial function, including substantial technology or product category responsibility.
• Experience leading teams and developing Procurement professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, enterprise licensing, cloud and consumption-based pricing, data, AI, infrastructure, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity, and professional services.
• Proven ability to lead high-value negotiations, build category strategies, analyze total cost of ownership and unit economics, and translate technology roadmaps into sourcing strategies.
• Strong executive presence and experience influencing Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, financial services, technology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience using analytics, AI, automation, and procurement technology to improve sourcing outcomes and controls.
