Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: United States - Shakopee, MN (GHQ)

Salary: $80,120-$117,509 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide financial analytics, business drivers, and recommendations to R&D and Sales leaders.
• Build ad hoc financial models and analyze revenue and cost scenarios.
• Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Prepare comparative operating analysis, reporting packages, and presentations for business leaders.
• Support departmental budgeting, variance analysis, spending control, and financial performance improvement.
• Complete month- and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of Accounting or Finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
• Hands-on knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project management, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• SAP Business Objects or Planful Analytics System experience.
• Accounting and GAAP knowledge, especially project accounting and revenue recognition.
