Senior Financial Analyst, WWS Spend Portfolio Management (SaaS)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 75,000–110,000 base salary, with potential bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive annual budget planning and quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles for the WWS organization.
• Develop financial frameworks for strategic decisions, sales investment ROI analysis, and progress tracking.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, identifying trends, risks, and key messages for senior leadership.
• Use SAP and Anaplan to manage and report OPEX forecasts.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and HR to track headcount, hiring plans, and fixed-cost analysis.
• Own quarter-end activities, including cross-charges, accruals, and coordination across Accounting, FP&A, and Sales Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience or experience supporting a sales organization.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to prioritize, learn quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CA, MBA, CFA, or CPA qualification.
• Knowledge of SaaS and sales metrics.
