Salary
Estimated Base Salary $160K – $200K with Equity

What you will do
- Run end-to-end budgeting and planning cycles including annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
- Build and improve Excel-based financial models to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze and maintain financial data systems ensuring data integrity and streamlined reporting.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to senior leadership and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Develop and standardize FP&A processes from scratch to scale with the company.
- Operate with high urgency to deliver under tight timelines and fill gaps as needed.
Requirements
- Location: Must work on-site in San Jose
- 1–4 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills, especially in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and build processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Bias toward action and ownership mentality.
Nice to have
- Technical skills such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with financial systems implementation or migration.
- Startup founder or entrepreneurial experience.
- Exposure to hardware or deep tech business models.
