Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in Duarte, California, five days per week at the client site; occasional travel to the Hippocratic AI headquarters in Menlo Park, California.

What you will do

• Scope customer workflows, define agent use cases, and identify integration touchpoints.
• Design agent workflows, select tools, configure prompts and behaviors, and validate functionality.
• Lead technical and operational deployment discussions, explaining trade-offs and managing scope.
• Define data requirements and integration workflows, coordinating implementation with engineering.
• Build project timelines, track milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers through go-live.
• Monitor agent performance and usage patterns, driving post-launch analytics and optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and understand customer needs.
• Experience scoping work, estimating timelines, managing dependencies, and communicating status proactively.
• Healthcare domain expertise, including clinical workflows, EHR systems, or healthcare data standards such as FHIR.
• Experience with AI/ML orchestration, prompt engineering, LLM-powered applications, healthcare IT, or complex regulated environments.
