Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in London (UK) or New York (US)

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to identify problems, prototype solutions, and ship them to production.
• Design and implement LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows from concept to production.
• Build reliability and confidence systems, including evaluation frameworks and logic for human-in-the-loop escalation.
• Architect async, scalable systems for complex AI orchestration.
• Contribute reusable capabilities and lessons back into the core context-learning platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven experience building complex, production-grade LLM-based systems.
• Experience building agents and autonomous systems.
• Ability to navigate between research papers and production code.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical work to customers.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in London or New York.
