Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid Paris, France; willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements is required.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact, multi-step customer tasks suitable for automation.
• Integrate agents with customer databases, third-party APIs, internal tools, and other external systems.
• Rapidly iterate in the field using customer feedback to improve product fit and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap based on field findings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional AI and software engineering experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs or other agentic workflows into real products.
• Heavy fluency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with backend and frontend frameworks such as FastAPI, Next.js, and React, with a good understanding of UI/UX trade-offs.
• Experience building and deploying production APIs, services, infrastructure, and/or data pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, plus the ability to work directly with customers in ambiguous environments.
