Deployment Strategist (AI Healthcare)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 USD annually, depending on experience, plus equity, benefits, and an annual performance-based bonus of up to 30%.

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, customize, and manage enterprise-quality generative AI healthcare solutions with customers.
• Lead technical discovery during the sales process, including feasibility discussions, integration scoping, and expectation setting.
• Understand customer workflows and configure integrations for clinical and operational use cases.
• Lead onboarding and implementation design after contract signature.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to deliver tailored solutions and shape the product roadmap.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, repeatable product and customer experience outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in consulting, product, solutions engineering, or relevant work.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data workflows, systems thinking, and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to translate customer pain points and workflows into clear product requirements.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented ownership of client workflows, sales contracts, and engineering specifications.
• Availability for on-site work in San Francisco or New York City.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, especially with provider systems or clinical operations.
• Knowledge of FHIR or HL7 data standards.
• Experience with early-stage SaaS-based solutions.
