What you will do

• Interview borrowers, collect and verify documentation, and explain the VA loan process and available products.
• Process borrower credit information through online approval systems and analyze applications for pre-approval or denial.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email and provide timely updates on documentation requirements.
• Support borrowers throughout the loan journey while delivering knowledgeable, customer-focused service.
• Maintain knowledge of company and industry guidelines and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Ambitious, energetic, internally motivated, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Comfort with PCs and basic computer technologies.
• Required licensing must be completed before starting the role.
