Loan Officer (VA Loans)

Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $13.00–$20.00 per hour; estimated annual gross income potential of $90,000–$225,000 including commissions, deductions, and bonuses.

What you will do

• Work with borrowers to understand their homebuying needs and provide a smooth loan experience.
• Communicate loan status, respond to inquiries, and address borrower concerns by email and phone.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify financial information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-processing efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely completion.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available product or service alternatives while managing social media presence.
