Flex Loan Specialist (VA Home Loans)

Compensation: top performers earn around $75,000 in their first few years and $100,000 or more by year three; $500 sign-on bonus and $1,000 upon passing the SAFE exam

What you will do

• Connect with prospective borrowers and guide them through VA loan options.
• Review credit and financial information to match borrowers with suitable solutions.
• Explain each step of the loan process, answer questions, and help secure appropriate rates and terms.
• Manage the borrower pipeline and provide timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver a smooth borrower experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication, listening, and customer-support skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, dependability, and accountability.
• Ability to solve problems calmly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full time, including at least two nights per week until 10 PM and at least 32 weekend hours per month.
• NMLS licensing is required; support is available to obtain the license after starting.
