What you will do

• Communicate loan status and respond to borrower questions by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify required information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-team efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely processing.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence and analyze performance numbers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

• Initiative, self-motivation, competitive drive, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing conditions, and work with a sense of urgency.
• No specific degree or prior experience is required; experience in sales, hospitality, education, sports, or public service can be relevant.
