What you will do

• Communicate loan status to clients and respond to inquiries and concerns by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify required information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-team efforts, resolve application issues, and support a timely loan process.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence, remain current on company and industry guidelines, and analyze numbers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

• Ability to build rapport and relationships with different individuals and groups.
• Initiative, competitive drive, self-motivation, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with borrowers by phone, email, and other communication tools.
