What you will do

• Communicate loan status, respond to borrower questions, and provide consistent support by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify financial information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-team efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely processing.
• Educate borrowers on the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and achieve company goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Loan Officer experience in the San Antonio area.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
• Self-motivation, initiative, competitive drive, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain knowledgeable about company and industry guidelines and processes.
