What you will do

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert company-provided leads into funded loans via proactive borrower consultation.
• Build strategic partnerships with hirify.global Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage pipeline health and productivity metrics using CRM and LOS tools.
• Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
• Maintain active licensing and stay updated on mortgage regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in and working remotely from Virginia.
• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focusing on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator license or federal bank license.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passed SAFE MLO Test.
• Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft Office products.
• Proven success in high-volume sales or agent-centric referral models.
