Compensation: Base plus commission; potential to earn over $85,000 in the first year, approximately $200,000+ by year three, over $300,000 by year five, and more than $500,000 as a top performer.

What you will do

• Guide Veterans and Service Members through the VA home loan process from the initial application through closing.
• Understand borrower goals, explain loan options, rates, terms, and expectations, and provide clear expert guidance.
• Review credit information and use digital tools to identify suitable loan solutions.
• Manage loan files and pipelines while keeping borrowers informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver a smooth, high-quality loan experience.
• Communicate with borrowers by phone, email, and other tools; business calls may be recorded and reviewed using AI-assisted technology for coaching, quality assurance, compliance, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Established professional experience, preferably in direct sales and pipeline management using performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide confident, high-touch service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and evolving environment.
• Effective time management, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• NMLS licensing is required; support may be provided to obtain the license after starting.
• Integrity, resilience, continuous learning, and a collaborative approach.
