Associate Network Engineer (Network Services)

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and support the firm's global enterprise network.
• Troubleshoot network issues across OSI Layers 1–3 and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in network design discussions and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Help develop network monitoring and configuration management products.
• Test network configurations in the lab before firm-wide deployment.
• Collaborate with network engineers, technologists, business teams, and infrastructure services including Security, Windows, Linux, Virtual, Storage, and DevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 0–4 years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting LAN networks and troubleshooting OSI Layer 1–3 problems.
• Knowledge of network hardware, LANs, Internet protocols, fiber and copper wiring standards, Ethernet, and wireless technologies.
• Scripting and DevOps experience with Python, Ansible, and Git is highly preferred.
