Lead Network Analyst - Wan Platform Team (Enterprise Networking): Designing, implementing, and optimizing LAN, WAN, and data center networks supporting critical business and client-facing services with an accent on routing, switching, security, and high availability. Focus on troubleshooting complex connectivity incidents, modernizing infrastructure, automating network administration, and strengthening resilience through disaster recovery and vulnerability management.

What you will do
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve availability, capacity, and production issues.
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network services.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity, routing, switching, and security incidents while providing on-call support.
- Implement network upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, and vulnerability management initiatives.
- Automate network administration, maintain architecture documentation, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of DDoS mitigation, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Mastery of BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, NAT, and DMVPN.
- Proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Brocade, or similar networking platforms.
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, segmentation, access controls, monitoring, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certification.
- Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to software-defined networking and network automation.
- Knowledge of Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Equinix implementation experience and experience supporting highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
