What you will do

• Architect and deliver high-performance distributed trading networks and drive automation at scale.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead incident response and operational excellence for mission-critical network infrastructure.
• Drive strategic initiatives for network architecture evolution and cross-regional standardization.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for network automation, configuration management, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• CCNP or equivalent certification with expertise in BGP, multicast routing, and switching.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from design to production.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in latency-sensitive production environments.
• Experience with colocation connectivity and exchange/venue connectivity models.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Ansible, or Salt for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience with open source monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and AI-assisted development tools.
