Talent Sourcer (Technical Recruiting)

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies for software engineering, infrastructure, and quantitative development roles.
• Build proactive pipelines through research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters on sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and industry trends.
• Track sourcing performance, analyze recruiting metrics, and recommend process improvements.
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting for software engineering or other technical roles.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, including experience identifying passive technical talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting outcomes.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop a deep understanding of supported technology organizations.
