Sales Representative – Loan Officer (Fintech)

Location: In-seat at the Kansas City area office in Lenexa, Kansas

Salary: $85,000–$200,000+ annually in base salary and commission, with uncapped earning potential

What you will do

• Engage with borrowers to understand their goals and provide clear guidance throughout the home loan process.
• Review credit information and use digital systems to identify suitable loan solutions.
• Explain VA loan options, rates, terms, and expectations to borrowers.
• Manage loan files from application through closing while keeping borrowers informed.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver a smooth, high-quality loan experience.

Requirements

• Established experience in direct, phone-based, or consultative sales.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and track key performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven, collaborative office environment.
• NMLS licensing is required; support is available to obtain the license after starting.
