Inside Sales Representative - Personal Loans

Location: Hybrid in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area; candidates must live in Arizona and attend training at the Tempe, AZ office

Salary: $70,000–$75,000+ per year, including hourly base, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives

What you will do

• Guide prospects through the personal loan application process and aim to facilitate sales within 1–2 calls.
• Manage a pipeline of active transactions and move applications through underwriting.
• Collect required documents and maintain application progress with speed and accuracy.
• Contact a high volume of warm leads by phone and email to understand financial needs.
• Explain personal loan solutions and meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent inside sales or comparable fast-paced call center experience.
• Experience in areas such as personal loans, cellular sales, retention, or collections is relevant.
• Motivation to work in a commission-driven sales environment and openness to coaching.
• Ability to learn CRM tools such as Salesforce while maintaining professional, energetic conversations.
• Must live in Arizona and be able to attend in-person training at the Tempe office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
