What you will do

• Write and refine internal stories, award submissions, and other culture- and work-related content.
• Review content and provide clear, thoughtful feedback to help storytellers improve.
• Plan and maintain a year-round content calendar aligned with organizational priorities and programs.
• Lead and support a small content team by setting expectations, coaching, and coordinating delivery.
• Organize interviews, event materials, b-roll, and other captured content for future use.
• Monitor feedback and engagement, adjust storytelling approaches, and explore AI and other tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, human, and engaging messages.
• Good judgment about tone and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and purposes.
• Experience shaping stories and providing constructive feedback on others' work.
• Comfort working hands-on while guiding a small team.
• Ability to plan, organize, follow through, and bring structure to creative work.
